This is a cerebral bottling - meaning you could sit with it for hours and "geek out". The nose is all about savory yet feminine nuances - herbs de provence, cinnamon stick and dried rose petals. The palate is tightly wound with dark cherry, anise and dried herbs that constantly evolve with each sip. Paired with our Lamb Stew, the wine continues to unfold with personality and texture.
