As we say and mean at Palmina, we're "a Californian celebration of the rich, wonderful lifestyle and attitude toward food, wine, friends and family that exists in Italy". So when we sit down to write the tasting notes for each wine as it's released, we also make sure there's at least one dish created to pair with the wine. Sometimes it comes from one of our favorite chefs and very often it's something inspired by the season, what's in the Farmers Market and by the wine itself.
